II. WHAT DATA DO WE COLLECT ABOUT YOU, FOR WHAT PURPOSE AND ON WHAT LEGAL GROUND WE PROCESS IT

We do not collect any Sensitive Data about you. Sensitive data means data revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, or trade union membership, genetic data, biometric data for the purpose of uniquely identifying a natural person, data concerning health or data concerning a natural person's sex life or sexual orientation. We do not collect any information about criminal convictions and offenses.

You are obliged to provide us with certain data only if there is a legal requirement or another type of requirement (for example, contractual one) to do this. Where we are required to collect personal data by law, or under the terms of the contract between us and you do not provide us with that data when requested, we may not be able to perform the contract (for example, to deliver goods or services to you). If you don’t provide us with the requested data, we may have to cancel a product or service you have ordered but if we do, we will notify you at the time. In some cases, if you don’t provide us with the requested data you will not be able to enter into a contract with us.

We will only use your personal data for a purpose it was collected for or a reasonably compatible purpose if necessary and admissible by law.

V. DISCLOSURE OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA

  • Our sole owner of the capital/shareholders – for the purposes of monitoring the business development of the company.

We do not transfer your personal data to international organizations.

VII. DATA SECURITY

We have put in place security measures to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, used, altered, disclosed, or accessed without authorization. We also allow access to your personal data only to those employees and partners who have a business need to know such data. They are required to keep the data confidential.

When deciding what the correct time is to keep the data for we look at its amount, nature and sensitivity, potential risk of harm from unauthorized use or disclosure, the processing purposes, if these can be achieved by other means and the respective legal requirements.

For tax purposes the Cypriot law requires us to keep certain information about our customers for 5 years and sometimes more.

In some circumstances we may anonymise your personal data for research or statistical purposes in which case we may use this information indefinitely without further notification to you.

  • Request the rectification of incorrect personal data, Article 16 GDPR;
  • Request the erasure of your personal data, Article 17 GDPR;
  • Request the restriction of the processing of your personal data, Article 18 GDPR;
  • Exercise your right to data portability, Article 20 GDPR;
  • Object the processing of your personal data, Article 21 GDPR.

The aforementioned rights may be asserted against us, e.g. by providing notice to us via the contact details specified on the first page of this Privacy Policy. If you create a user account on our website you will be able to review, rectify, amend, update or erase some of your data through your user account.

We may need to request specific information from you to help us confirm your identity and ensure your right to access your personal data (or to exercise any of your other rights). This is a security measure to ensure that personal data is not disclosed to any person who has no right to receive it. We may also contact you to ask you for further information in relation to your request to speed up our response.

X. WITHDRAWAL OF CONSENT

Where you have provided your consent for processing of your personal information, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing before the withdrawal of the consent. You can withdraw your consent using the contact details mentioned in section I of this Privacy Policy. For withdrawing you consent for receiving marketing/advertising communication, you can ask us or third parties to stop sending you marketing/advertising messages at any time by unsubscribing as provided in the marketing message(s) sent to you OR by informing us using the contact details mentioned in section I above. Once we have received notification that you have withdrawn your consent, we will no longer process your information for the purpose you originally agreed to, unless we have another legal basis for doing so.
